The Persons of Concern Network (PoCNet) is designed to not only collect, collate, preserve and
manage data of Persons of Concern but also provide an avenue for the effective implementation
of NCFRMI’s policies and initiatives such as Project Zero Hunger, NITDA training of PoCs etc.
PoCNet will also ensure the creation of a community for PoCs where they can be part of an alumni
program, mentor and/or be mentored, gain employment and also sell goods on the Marketplace.
This will eventually facilitate the integration of PoCs into responsible members of the community.
PoCNet will also provide the following features:
a) A summary of PoC enrollment, empowerment programs, trends and statistics;
b) Locate nearest IDP camps, or NCFRMI zonal offices for donations;
c) Easily donate money or items to PoCs to also aid implement project zero hunger
d) Marketplace where PoCs can be provided a platform to showcase and sell the products of
their labor;
e) Provide an avenue for mentorship, employment and networking
